7th Oil China 2011 (7th China International Exhibition of Olive Oil & Edible Oil), which is fully supported by the Ministry of Agriculture and China Council for the Promotion of International Trade (CCPIT), will be held during April 18th - 20th, 2011 in Shanghai Everbright Convention & Exhibition Center.

Oil China 2011, as the only professional international exhibition of olive oil and edible oil in China, will bring together olive oil producers, exporters, and importers, traders, distributors & agents from China and abroad to showcase various olive oil products and the latest oil machinery in order to promote the exchanges and cooperation between them. It will be a superb opportunity for you to promote your products, explore the Chinese market and find a suitable distributor. As always, various events will be held during Oil China 2011, for example China International Olive Oil Competition and China International Olive Oil & Edible Oil Gourmet Festival, Buyers and Sellers Meeting (BSM), etc.

2010 6th China International Exhibition of Olive Oil & Edible Oil (Oil China 2010) was successfully held at Shanghai Exhibition Center during April 24-26, 2010. Oil China 2010 is organized by CCPIT Specialized Sub-Council of Agriculture and Beijing Regalland Convention & Exhibition Co., Ltd. It has been supported by the Ministry of Agriculture, Shanghai municipal government, Gansu Longnan municipal government, Prefecture of Heraklion from Greece, Embassy of Greece, Embassy of Spain, Embassy of Portugal, Embassy of Turkey, Embassy of Tunis, Italian Trade Commission (I.C.E.), Portuguese Olive Oil Association, and Tunisian Packaging Technical Centre (PACKTEC). Oil China 2010 has attracted nearly 200 exhibitors from 20 countries and regions, such as Greece, Italy, France, Tunisia, Spain, Turkey, Portugal, Germany, US, Australia, Chile, Brazil, Lebanon, Ukraine, Saudi Arabia, China, HongKong, etc. Greece Pavilion, Portugal Pavilion, Tunis Pavilion, Australia Pavilion, and Gansu Longnan Pavilion (Gansu province, in China) participated as Pavilions. Trade visitors reached 7500. The exhibits are mainly medium-to-high-end edible oils from about 500 brands.

2011 China International Olive Oil Competition (for short Oil China Competition 2011) is an important event of Oil China 2011 and over 1000 participants have ever joined in Oil China Competition. The registered olive oils will be blind tasted by a panel of international judges, and the winning olive oils will be showcased and tasted in Oil China 2011 and published on the official website (www.eoliveoil.com) and China Olive Oil Information Network (www.oliveoillife.com) as well as on China Oil & Fat, the professional journal.
