Being held annually since 1992, the largest international autumn food show with its grown-up reputation and traditions, is used by most domestic and foreign manufacturers and distributors as a tool for introducing their brands to the Russian market. This event has become a usual meeting place for food industrialists and professionals.
World Food Moscow brought together more than 53000 specialists of food industry
Huge potential of Russian food industry was proved by the number of exhibitors-1320 companies from 53 countries attended the exhibition. In comparison with the previous edition, the exhibition space has grown by 3000 sq m. This year, for the first time the exhibition (Fruit and Vegetable Section) was accommodated in Pavilion 8. Overall space of the exhibition was more than 55000 sq m.
More and more countries display interest to the Russian food market. Thirty two countries were represented by national pavilions, including Philippines, Chile, Cyprus and Hungary, who presented national pavilions for the first time. National pavilions of Argentina, Belgium, USA, Italy, Brazil, Germany, Norway and Denmark are constant participants of World Food Moscow.
