Artisans as well as semi-industrial and industrial businesses found every aspect of the fair worthwhile, with no effort wasted, both in terms of contacts made on the stands and debates on the future of the profession. A lively, cheerful atmosphere reigned in the aisles, encouraging communication on every level.
Attendee Information
For this 2008 edition, the fair welcomed 86,367 visitors, and remains the favourite event among artisan trades, which represented 64% of visitors.
Exhibitor Information
The fair played host to 644 exhibitors. EUROPAIN & INTERSUC 2008 was popular among investors in bakery and patisserie, who believe in the future of the profession and in the capacity of our trades to innovate, and who wish to develop the performance of their businesses, whatever their size.
