General Information

The biggest number of exhibitors in the twelve-year-long history of the event, increase in the exhibition surface, more than 20 thousand visitors and competitions of national and international character that have met with great interest, as well as other numerous accompanying events – it seems certain that the EuroGastro Fair has once again defended the title of the most important fair event in Poland for the HoReCa sector.

And although in the end, it is not the numbers that have final say in whether the event was successful or not, the facts speak for themselves – during this year edition of the EuroGastro the available exhibition surface at the Palace of Culture and Science and the outdoor area, in front of the Palace's main entrance were tightly filled. We have recorded the increase in exhibition area net by 13%, 16% growth in the number of exhibitors, and 33% growth of visitors as compared to the last year – statistics. This time, apart from the confectionery and coffee-barman exhibition halls, one more hall was constructed in front of the Palace – the French Pavilion. Here, the Partner Country of EuroGastro 2008 – France presented its offer for the first time.

Attendee Information
This year, the products and services were presented by more than 300 exhibitors coming from Belgium, Czech Republic, France, Spain, the Netherlands, Germany, Poland, Sweden, Italy, and Sri Lanka. We do hope that the presented offer covering nearly everything that is indispensable for gastronomy and hotel trade lived up to your expectations.

We are especially glad that the fair's accompanying events: competitions of confectionery, barman and barista art masters as well as branch meetings, enjoyed such a great interest. We hope that both the practical demonstrations and the theoretical lectures during seminars and conferences enriched your knowledge.

Exhibitor Information
We are of course open to all suggestions you might have regarding the organization of the Fair so that it could develop in keeping with your expectations.

New challenges are still before us; so is a foretoken of improved conditions for you and the end users of your offer, since the next edition of the EuroGastro Fair shall take place in our new venue – the MT Polska Warsaw Trade Fair and Conference Center. It is our sincere hope that we shall meet again during the EuroGastro 2009 Fair on 25-27 March,
