Prepare to heighten your gastronomic experience by joining the 20th HKTDC Food Expo in 2009, the annual event organised by the Hong Kong Trade Development Council (HKTDC) in August. HKTDC is the international marketing arm for Hong Kong-based traders, manufacturers and service providers. Aimed at promoting Hong Kong as a platform for doing business with the Chinese mainland and Asia, HKTDC organises nearly 30 world-class international trade fairs in Hong Kong – eight of which are the largest in Asia - attracting over 540,000 buyers.

Joining fairs organised by HKTDC provides exhibitors with a gateway to the Chinese mainland, Asian markets and beyond. HKTDC's network of 40 offices worldwide includes 11 in the Chinese mainland, namely Beijing, Chengdu, Dalian, Fuzhou, Guangzhou, Hangzhou, Qingdao, Shanghai, Shenzhen, Wuhan and Xian.
