Baking China 2008 - The 5th China International Baking Exhibition

BAKING CHINA has been held on a yearly basis for four times, and its success has grown consistently, the scale has been greatly expanded, the number of professional visitors have increased greatly, the exhibition benefit has been obviously improved, and the influence also rose up greatly. In 2007, The 4th China International Baking Exhibition was greatly supported by Related baking Associations and Chambers. With the total area of 10,000 sq.m, Baking China 2007 attracted 202 well-known companies and more than 12,635 visitors worldwide.

China is the most promising market for baking industry-- With the development of Chinese economy and the quickening of life rhythm; Chinese people have changed their dietetic concept. The total annual production of all bakery and confectionery companies was 5.4 million tons, at an equivalent value of 6.87 billion. Just for the annual output of bread, it is estimated that it will reach 4.8 million tons in 2010. Besides, Baking Products have been keeping the rate of rise about 14% in the recent years, which is far beyond the rate of rise of food industry. As a result, the sector as a whole is rapidly expanding and offers foreign companies excellent opportunities. In the North, especially in Beijing, baking industry is developing rapidly in spite of the late start and it is a most promising market for baking industry in China.

What is more, the coming Olympic games will be held in Beijing and everyone worldwide will pay more attention to this international pageant. BAKING CHINA 2008 will be held in Beijing International Exhibition Center on April 3 – 5, 2008,it is the right time for professional purchasers to prepare baking products for Beijing Olympics, in order to have a better reception for all the clients.
