Vietnam Culinary Challenge
Catch chefs pit their skills against one another and showcasing their creations from the 30 Oct - 1 Nov 2007 at Vietnam Culinary Challenge. Organised by the Saigon Professional Chefs'Club, the Vietnam Culinary Challenge is held in conjunction with Food&HotelVietnam trade exhibition for the second time.
Not to be missed is also delightful displays of culinary art, fruit and vegetable carving, as well as live cooking extravaganza. Be treated to teams displaying their superb F&B skills at THE event where budding talents are discovered.
