If you forget your password, please choose a new password for yourself. To confirm a new password, simply take the following steps: Click the "Forgot password?" link below the Sign in box at http://www.21food.com/member/login.jsp Enter your Member ID and registered email address and click "Find" Enter your registered email address and click "Find", then answer the 'Password Question' you submitted during your initial registration.
I want to modify my registered information.
To modify your registered member information (i.e., registered company name, email address, etc.) please take the following steps: Sign in at My 21Food. Click "Company info" under section. Change your registered information. Submit when done.
I want to change or cancel my Member ID.
For security reasons, each 21Food.com account is exclusive to an individual Member ID. Therefore, you cannot change your Member ID.
However, you can register for a new Member ID at http://www.21food.com/member/sign_up.jsp Please note us to remove the former ID the same time.
I want to change my password.
To change your password, please take the following steps:
Sign in at My 21Food.
Click "Chang Password".
Enter your current password in "Current Password" and then enter and re-enter your new password.
Submit.
Why can't I find suppliers' email addresses?
We do not display our members' email addresses on the site. This minimizes the risk of members receiving spam or viruses. So, to send your message, simply click "Inquire Now" and the message will be sent.
How can I make sure my Inquiry has been sent successfully?
In the Message Center of My 21Food you can check the messages you have sent by looking in your "Sent Box”.
What if cannot upload a picture?
Please save your product picture in JPG or GIF format, and make its size no more than 100 KB. This will save you much time when uploading your pictures.
Second, pay attention to the picture's file name. Make sure that its name is completely in English (letters and/or numerals), not in other languages.
Why does your system require my information in English?
English is the international language of business. Please ensure that all information you enter is in English, including punctuation. Any information not recognized as English will be highlighted in red, alerting you that it must be changed.
How can I add a picture to my Selling Lead?
You can add a picture by uploading it directly from your computer or to select from your picture bank. Please note:
All photos should be in JPEG or GIF format.
Each photo should not be larger than 100K in file-size.
