To post your company information on 21Food.com, your own ‘My 21Food’ is needed at first. By following the instructions below, you can initiate your free membership at 21Food.com. Click on the link at the top-right corner of any 21Food.com page.
Complete the registration form in English and submit.

My 21Food is a private communication and trade management tool provided to all members. The main sections and their functions are:
Access Message Center to see all messages received and sent via 21Food.com.
Post and Manage your Products and Trade Leads here.
Post your company profile, as well as your certificates and contact information.

3.1 Inbox

Inbox is a holder that receives and stores unlimited messages from potential business partners. It is easy to read and reply the messages from other members of 21Food. If you are a Gold Supplier, any person who is interested in your products can contact you by sending you a message with contact information.

3.2 Sent Box
Sent Box is the tool that automatically saves the messages you have sent before.

3.3 Block List
To protect yourself from the unwanted spam messages via 21Food, just add the user name that you want to block and submit.

3.4 Contact List 

4.1 Product Series
It is an optional tool that allows you to build groups for you products. You can add several product series firstly, and when you add a new product, you can choose which series it belongs to. You can also move your products into some series. The name of the series can be updated as you want. If you delete a series, the products will be released from it and don’t belong to any series.

4.2  Products
Add New Product

1. To add a new product on 21Food.com, click ‘Add’ and input the product’s information by complete the sheet. Please assure that the new products name has never been existed in product list. The information is must needed if it is stressed by a *.    
2. Keywords: Keyword means the word that your company/product/Trade Lead is searched with. Four out of five customers will search for what they need directly. Keyword is at the heart of searching because if your keyword is matched with a customer's sought products, your Trade Leads or products can be listed for buyers instantly. 
3. Select the prepared category by click the ‘Category’ button. Try to select the most relevant category. If possible, do not select "other." More than one third of buyers look for products by category. A precise category listing will enhance your chances of being found easily.
4. Click ‘upload a new picture’ to append the its picture (the size not exceed 100KB) from your computer. Or you can ‘select one from your picture bank’. 
5. Then click ‘post it now’ to add it to your products.   

As a new or remodified product, it is ‘Unvaliated’ and become ‘Active’ in the ‘Product’ list until it is agreed to be posted by 21Food’s Editor within one work day.

Managing Products
The products can be featured, arranged display order in your showroom, edited, or deleted from 21Food in ‘Product’ list.

1. If a product is featured by click ‘Featured’, it will be exposure in the home page of the showroom of My 21Food. The featured can be cancelled too.
2. To arrange the display order, please input numbers and click ‘update display order’. The products will be displayed in ‘My Showroom’ according to the order of the numbers that you input when you ‘update display order’.
3. If the product’s information should be changed or perfected, click the ‘edit’ to modify the information and post it again.   
4. If the product is never available, just choose and delete it from 21Food.com to avoid unnecessary inquiry.

4.3 Tradeleads
You can post trade leads as buying or selling by ‘Add’ new leads.

Add New Tradeleads

1. To add a new tradeleads on 21Food.com, click ‘Add’ and input the leads’ information by complete the sheet. Please assure that the new leads’ name has never been existed in tradeleads list. The information is must needed if it is stressed by a *.   
2. You can post a selling leads by ‘select from the product list’. By this way, please optionally ignore the following c), d), e), f) steps.
3. Keywords: Keyword means the word that your company/product/Trade Lead is searched with.      Four out of five customers will search for what they need directly. Keyword is at the heart of searching because if your keyword is matched with a customer's sought products, your Trade Leads or products can be listed for buyers instantly.

5. Click ‘upload a new picture’ to append the its picture (the size not exceed 100KB) from your computer. Or you can ‘select one from your picture bank’.
6. Choose the expired date for the leads.
7. Then click ‘post it now’ to add it to your ‘Tradleads’ list.

As a new or remodified tradleads, it is ‘Unvaliated’ and become ‘Active’ until it is agreed to be posted by 21Food’s Editor.

Managing Tradleads
The tradeleads can be edited, reposted, or deleted from 21Food in ‘Product’ list.

1. If the leads’ information should be changed or perfected, click the ‘edit’ to modify the information and post it again.
2. If the selling is never available or buying is satisfied, just choose and delete it from 21Food.com to avoid unnecessary inquiry.

5.1 Certificates

The certificates are important to do business internationally, HACCP, ISO, FDA or honor from some organization can be posted to show your company.
To add a new certificate, click ‘Add’ and fill the form with its name and input the reference appending a picture not more than 100 KB. Then click ‘post it now’.
The posted ones are saved in ‘Certificates’, they can be modified or deleted. It is important to assure that the certificate is in its validity date.

5.2 Company Introduction
It is the information that you submitted by registration. But you can modify and perfect it any time if it is needed.

1. Company News

It is bank of the pictures which you can upload your pictures or delete. The pictures must less than 100KB. If your picture size is more than 100KB, Please resized it before you upload it. It is better to resize it much smaller but make sure that it is clear.

7.1 Change Password
To change your password, click "Chang Password" in the "Account Information" section. Enter your current password in "Current Password" and then enter and re-enter your new password, and submit.

7.2 Subscription
Subscription is the controller to manage your wanted trade alerts through newsletter from 21Food. Alerts of Buying Leads, Selling Leads or both will be sent to your submitted email according to the categories (max 5 categories) you have chosen. You can narrow the alerts by input keywords comparted by comma ( , ). Just update this form as your wanted alerts any time.

7.3 My Showroom
In the page of ‘My Showroom’, your company information will be shown the same as when visitors browsed.  You can preview it and modify the related information in ‘My 21Food’.
