Ministry of Commerce announced yesterday that the "bulk agricultural products import reporting and information dissemination management methods", From August 1st ,China will carry out import filing system for soybean, rapeseed, soybean oil, palm oil,rapeseed oil and soybean meal.

Ministry of Commerce has commissioned the China Foodstuffs and Native Animal to be responsible for the import of information collecting, collating, summary, analysis and verification. Those who violate the regulations, false,skimming, forgery, tampering ,late-reporting and refuse-reporting about bulk agricultural products imports information, the Commerce Department can prohibit illegal operators of foreign trade and make administrative penalty decision for 1-3 years, since the day of penalty decision go into effect.
