The 1st 21Food Buyers Sourcing Meeting successfully closed on May 19th at the 10th SIAL China Exhibition. It was located in one favorable position in Hall E2, which is the main entrance of international pavilions. Over two hundred global buyers and Chinese supplies attended this meeting and most of them found their perfect business matches. The invited buyers are professional purchasers from USA, UK, Singapore, Yemen, Israel, Germany, Mexico, etc.

Started in 1964, with more than 40 years history, the professional food exhibition SIAL France has become one of the very few best trade show brands in food industry. To help more food professionals, in 2000, it was introduced to China, and thus we have SIAL China . So far, SIAL China has successfully held 9 sessions, and has become the No.1 food exhibition in China, attracting more than 30,000 professional visitors annually.

USA Buyer Elsa is a Chinese living in America, her buying was about spices and seasonings, IQF/FD vegetables and fruits, etc. After all other buyers and suppliers were done with the matching on May 19th, Elsa still had many of her appointed suppliers untalked with, so we arranged for them to continue the next morning. As her purchasing products were the main featured products in China, there were over 20 suppliers matchable for her. At the end, she told us, " You helped me a lot by this meeting, much better than what I expected. Besides this, I can also visit SIAL China exhibition. I will come again next year. Yemen buyer Talal Saif 's purchasing was about beans, canned fruits, etc. His matched number of suppliers is also around 20. He was rather good at price bargaining, and he once suspended with one supplier because of 02.USD difference. However, they exchanged business cards with each other, agreed to talk with their boss for further negotiation.
