Fi Europe 2009, the world's leading food ingredients event, opened its doors to industry professionals from around the world on November 17, 2009, in Frankfurt, Germany. The biennial three day event is a long standing highlight of the industry calendar as it brings visitors from over 100 countries from across the industry including manufacturers, suppliers, scientists, technologists and food ingredient buyers. The office of UBM Information (formerly known as CMPi) in the Netherlands is the organiser of this tradeshow.
