The Fukushima Prefecture picks out the radioactive substance in the kelp and shellfish

The Japanese nuclear crisis had a new progress. According to the Japanese news network, the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan picks out the radioactive substance in the kelp and shellfish which exceeds the allowed figure for the first time.

It is known that "Japan Food Sanitation Law" stipulates the security value of radioactive cesium for 500 Becquerel per kilogram. The inspection report shows that the value of radioactive cesium is 1200 Becquerel in one kilogram of kelp . The radioactivity of one kilogram of shellfish is 650-990 Becquerel.

At present, the local Fisheries Association has banned the sale of seaweed and shellfish. The Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare of Japan said that these excessive seaweed and shellfish didn?ˉt flow in the market.
