I want to use some sample of Polydextrose for my laboratory to
study the
cryoprotective/dryoprotective effect of Polydextrose during
freezing/drying process of Malaysian local fish/meat. This laboratory
work/study is a part of my Food Processing lecture at Food Technology
Division-Universiti Sains Malaysia.
