Its mincemeat is kept in seasoning such as garlic, salt pepper, natural flavours and if required red pepper for 24 hours.
The meat will then be put into the animal's intestine and made into sausage. Fresh sausage, like all the other fresh meat, must be kept at a temperature of 0??C and be eaten within one week from the opening of the vacuumed package. |
