Spelt and Almond Cutlets

Made from pure dinkel and fine almonds, with quark instead of tofu
Ingredients:
full grain rice*, low fat quark*, leek*, water, spelt flakes* (15,3%), potato flakes*, spelt flour*, almonds* (3,5%), sunflower seeds*, sea salt, sunflower oil*, spices* (may contain traces of mustard)

Serving suggestion: heat lightly in a pan til golden brown. Also delicious eaten cold. Suitable for freezing.
