| Dear Sales Manager:
We are seeking to buy from "only" reliable suppliers, preferably manufacturers, on a long term agreement, say one year or more, IQF broccoli florets, cauliflower florets and green asparagus spears basis C&F Portland, Oregon and Baltimore, MD. It would be for multiple containers per month packed:
12 x 2 lbs.
10 kgs
30 lbs.
with the poly bags packed in cartons.
We must have along with the offers:
- HACCP Certificates
- Recent (2008) 3rd party audits (must have these reports). If you are unable to produce these reports we cannot entertain your offers.
We will need these IQF products each month of the year for this important client. If you cannot supply the requested documents the business cannot be concluded.
