From a selection of the best vineyards of the "Morainic hills" (a hilly area close to the town of Mantua) with a maximum production of 12 tons of grapes per acre, this genuine (D.O.C. rated) white wine is obtained by fermenting must in controlled temperatures of 18-20oC. The long and slow fermentation process helps to best express the various features of the grapes.
