We can process the following fruit varieties to become exotic gourmet products. Please note however that not every fruit variety is suitable for each product, and that certain fruit types are subject to limited or seasonal availablility. We are happy to give you advice on fruit selection and recipes, eg foe juice, jam, dried fruit or fruit salad. Very often a blend of different fruit types provides a flavour superior to the individual fruit. A good example is mango with passionfruit.
