This product is manufactured by freeze-dry sublimation technology on the basis of good quality of goji berries. The problems of humidity, lumping and high agricultural chemicals residue are solved, therefore it is called a scientific method and advanced technology. It contains 20 amino acids, 8 necessary amino acids, more than 3% of goji polysaccharide and more than 30 macro and micro elements as well as bioactive substances such as flavonoid, sterol and saponin, etc. Analyses indicated that the product is characterized by more than 45% of total sugar, more than 12% of protein, more than 6% of crude fat and more than 6% of water content and no residue of organophosphorus chemical and DDT.
The berries are dried in sub 0 degree temperatures to extract all the water and then make into powder. This process preserves all the natural nutrients which may be damaged in heat drying processes.
