Belgomilk is an excellent cheese maker with a long standing reputation acquired from its experience producing cheese for decades in Moorslede, Nazareth, Wingene, Bocholt and Horebeke. On 1 March 1999, the whole cheese production was brought together into two production units: one in Langemark and one in Moorslede where brand cheeses, Gouda, Cheddar and mozzarella are produced.
Dry salted Gouda and (double) Gloucester can also be produced.
In 2005 the Gierle cheese production unit also joined our group. In addition to Italian cheeses, Cheddar and mozzarella are also produced for industrial and professional use. |
