Grade 1. (65%)Super clean, without worm or worm trace naturally.
A1: 2-3cm Whole; A2: 3-5cm Whole; A3: 5-8cm Whole;
A2s: 3-5cm whole sliced; A3s: 5-8cm, 6mm thick, whole sliced;
B2 : 3.5-5cm Cap; B3: 5-8cm Cap;
C1: 2.5-3.5cm Stem cube; Cx: 2.5-3.5cm Cap & stem cube;
C2s: 4-6cm, 6mm thick, whole stem sliced; C3s:>6cm whole stem sliced.
Grade 2. (20%) Clean, without worm or worm trace naturally
AAT: 0-2 cm, whole, cut in half;
B1: 2-3cm cap;
Dx: 2-3 caps and stems cube
Grade 3: (10%) Cleaned the wormy part, still have main part of boletus.
D: 2.5-3.5cm caps and stems cube;
Grade 4: (5%) Cleaned the wormy part, only small or soft part, skins left
E: 2.5-3.5cm, caps and stems small pieces and skins
B. Dried Boletus Edulis
Grade A1: Sliced with whole shape of young & white boletus, no wormhole.
Grade A2: Same standard than Grade A1, but in a little smaller size.
Grade B: Pieces (stem or cap sliced) with few white wormholes, less than 5.
Color a little bit darker than A.
Grade C: Pieces with white wormholes, more than 5. color is darker than B.
Grade D: Dark pieces, with wormholes.
Grade P1: Small caps.
Grade P2: Small white pieces without wormholes.
Grade SP: Small pieces with more dark color.
C. Frozen Boletus Edulis

Grade L: Cap diameter 6-8 cm, Stem length1-3cm.
Grade M: Cap diameter 4-6 cm, stem length 3-5 cm.
Grade S: Cap diameter 2-4 cm, stem length 5-7cm.
B. Cubes
Stem cubes: 2-3cm x 2-3cm
Cap cubes: 2-3cm x 2-3cm
