Main Features￡o
01. The whole set system has reasonable and beautiful design, stable operation, high efficiency, energy saving and low steam consumption.
02. Large concentration ratio with falling film evaporat-ion, which can make the materials of larger viscosity easily flow and evaporate and shortens the conce-ntrating time.
03. The special design can make modifications of eff-ects easily to realize production of various products.
04. Low evaporation temperature, some twice steam can be inhaled into the shell side of single-effect evaporator through spray type hot pressure pump. The heat quantity can be fully used. The heating of materials is warm, so it is applicable for concentra-tion of heat sensitive materials.
05. Materials inletting on top of evaporator. After com-pelled film placement for several times, materials will distribute evenly in film pipes of evaporator, which greatly improves heat transfer coefficient and evaporating rate, in order to prevent the occurrence of "dry walls".
06. Gases and liquids of materials are separated on bottom of evaporator, then come into separator. The effect of separating is greatly improved, and it is flexible to operate.
07. The large-sized equipment has vertical structure, quite compact, and occupies little area, and the lay-out is simple and fluent, all of which are the deve-loping tendency of large-sized whole set evapora-ting equipments.
08. Continuous materials inlet and outlet, and the mater-ials can reach the needed concentration in the equipment in one time.
09. The two technical procedures such as sterilization and concentration are completed in one time. The period of being heated of materials is very short, therefore, it is applicable for concentration of heat sensitive materials.
10. The CIP cleaning pipes are provided inside the eq-uipment. Therefore, cleaning in place can be reali-zed. The whole equipment is easy to operate, with-out any dead corners for cleaning.
11. The condenser of special structure is adopted, and it can work normally in the cooling water with tem-perature of 30??, or even higher.
12. Drive control is completed by control cabinet, and automatic control system can be installed accord-ing to customer requirements.
13. The special pumps developed for concentration are adopted, and they have perfect performance in air-proof, and are highly reliable, stable in performance. Therefore, little maintenance work is needed.
14. The equipment can work continuously.
