It is produce in South East Asia through civet cat eating most ripening coffee berries. When passing through digestive tract of the civet cat, the coffee beans are partially digested by micro-organism in the body of civet cat. The partially fermented coffee bean is then technically and specially cleaned, sun dried, then roasted. This coffee has very nice, unique taste and strong aroma.
For 10g use 100 ml of hot water at 97 C to brew. Bean must be grind into fine powder and best using Syphon Method for brewing. 2.5minutes for cooking is the best to get the best aorma. This premium coffee for people with class and taste.
