Properties: the product is thermo stable, good for freezing, can be used for baking inside and outside of a cake, during baking it does not change its shape or shine, combines well with fat.
Recommended use: Hot – for smaller teacakes (crescent rolls, ring-shaped buns and other). French pastry, good for sponge-fat cakes, cheesecakes, gingerbread.
They can be used cold as a filling for doughnuts, crescent rolls, semi-French rolls, crispy cupcakes,
after combining them with margarine, they serve as fluffy cream for layering and decorating cakes, rolls and as filling of puffs, cream cakes, cream pipes, etc.
