Our inulin is extracted from local Jerusalem artichoke, the average polymerization degree is 7,its solubility is not less than 350g/l at 20degrees centigrade. It is a water-soluble fiber, a low calorie bulking agent, a prebiotic and bifidus promoter, a texture modifier, a sugar and fat substitute, a shelf life extender, and it will enhance calcium absorption,etc.
