"Anis-fire" which is traditionally distilled twice in copper kettles. Stimulates appetite and refreshing of the distillery Tsantali. The distillery Tsantali burn their ouzo for over 100 years after a secret family recipe. The basis of the typical sweet-tart flavor is anise. There are also fennel and other herbs and spices like coriander, cinnamon and cloves. The result is surprisingly mild and makes for a great Olympic ouzo liqueur, whether 'sketo' (pure), 'me pagakia' (on ice) or 'me nero "(with water). |
