Midwest Supplies is a retail home brew and wine supply company. We have been in business for over 10 years. We are a leader in our industry and are looking for new avenues to grow our business.
We are looking for Stainless Steel Brew Pots in several sizes. Please see desciption listed below:
The kettles are totally seamless. The bottom of the kettle has three layers--an aluminum layer is sandwiched between two stainless steel layers for superior heat dissipation. The bottom of the kettles are 5 mm thick. All of these pots come with a heavy-duty stainless steel lid, and hollow handles.
Sizes that we are looking for:
32 quart. This pot has a capcity of 32 quarts, or 8 gallons. It is 13" tall and 15" in diameter. Wall thickness is 1. 0 mm.
40 quart. This pot has a capcity of 40 quarts, or 10 gallons. It is 13" tall and 17" in diameter. Wall thickness is 1. 0 mm.
60 quart. This pot has a capacity of 60 quarts, or 15 gallons. It is 15" tall and 19" in diameter. Wall thickness is 1. 2 mm.
80 quart. This pot has a capacity of 80 quarts, or 20 gallons. It is 17" tall and 21" in diameter. Wall thickness is 1. 2 mm.
100 quart. This pot has a capacity of 100 quarts, or 25 gallons. It is 21" tall and 21" in diameter. Wall thickness is 1. 2 mm.
We are also looking to see if it is possible to do this to the brew pots as well:
We would like two all-stainless steel welded 1 / 2" ports. The upper port would be have a 1 / 2" stainless steel plug attached The lower drain port would be fully threaded on both the inside and outside of the kettle.
We would like these pots to include a 1 / 2" stainless ball valve and threaded nipple for installation, and a 1 / 2" MPT plug for use without a thermometer.
We would want to purchase the brew pots in a ported and non ported version. Meaning that some of the pots would have the two 1 / 2" fittings as listed above, and some would not have any holes drilled or spigots attached.
We are willing to wire transfer money for purchase of these items. We would like to inspect quality of item prior to placing order for these wort chillers.
