GIM BU GAK
laver is one of locally special products as the territory is faced with seas on three sides and it has been used for various traditional dishes. Gim Bu Gak is a kind of traditional food, especially for the noblesse to take good nutrition contained it. Yes-Sarang Jinhai, Gim Bu Gak uses the only laver that is cultivated with sunrays for 3 hrs a day and is originated from Bamboo Jiju laver in the south coast. After preparing soup of shellfish and cooking gruel of stick rice, it is completed by the know-how of Yes-Sarang Jinhai. It uses laver grown on the underwater rock, keeps savory taste and is advantageously chemical-free.
