Goikoa was founded over 70 years ago by Eugenio. He began elaborating and selling chorizos in a small butcher's in Sanguesa. But it has been his son, Javier, who played the main role in the creation and development of Goikoa. He dedicated his energy and passion for the product to Goikoa and made it grow. Today it is his children, heirs of his passion and spirit for constant improvement, who work and fight for the company.
