Produced by the same family for over 90 years, our toffee is a unique, luxury product, a rich creamy break up slab toffee (four varieties), hand made in open copper pans. Cinder toffee (honeycomb), chocolate covered cinder toffee, and the best peanut brittle you have ever tasted.
Hand made Old Fashioned Sherbet
Remember the old fashioned bag of Sherbet, Fruity Crystals or Kali? Lots of people do, we sell it by the truck load, a fast selling Fun Sweet. Fruity and refreshing, retro but cool, it sells well in hot weather.

Made to the same recipes, by the same family for over seventy years, our hand made boiled sweets are the best you can get. Stronger flavours, mouth watering, fruity and long lasting. Another good seller in hot weather.
As with any small producer of niche, hand made products, there is a limit to the output available. We are, paradoxically, limited by the facts that make our business successful. This is good for the small number of people we are able to supply, but it makes it important for anyone interested, to think the offer through seriously and thoroughly and act without delay if they consider that this business is right for them. Our primary wholesale target is the small independent retailer. No chains or supermarkets will be supplied.
We recommend, for newcomers to the confectionery business, one or more of our retail starter packs. We will advise you on retail methods and presentation, perfected during our 40 years in the business.
