HTST (ultra pasteurization), the sterilization process is between pasteurization and UHT, sterilizing temperature at 120??~125??.
HTST is not in the aseptic condition, and bacteria can be sterilized basically. The filling is under the clean room condition, and product can be conserved for 7~30days(cold storage =7??).
This sterilization plant is widely used in milk and beverage production, such as ultra pasteurized milk, soybean milk low temperature filling. Low PH value juice beverage, tea beverage high temperature filling with normal temperature storage, and low temperature filling with cold storage.
Fresh beverage with low PH value use 95??~105??for sterilization to keep maximum nutrient content, and enjoy best natural flavor.
