Ernsts Foods was established in the year 1995 with a mission to "Ensure delivery of quality products timely and efficiently." Our company is principally involved in the food processing business and we specialize in grain processing in particularly instant cereal flakes and different types of oat products. We are also involved in the contract manufacturing of products in various packaging.
Ernsts Foods is a wholy owned subsidiary of Oriental Concept (Holding) Sdn.Bhd. Besides Ernsts, it also owns another manufacturing plant in China; Oriental Oats Mills (Inner-Mongolia) Ltd. The management of our company has been in the food processing business for the past 30 years and our experience include contract manufacturing, packing and supplying food ingredient to some of the largest names in the food industries. In order to meet varying international demands, production has gradually been diversified. Ernsts Foods originally produced only instant cereal; then in 1998, we began processing oat. Since 2000, various spray-dried fat powders particularly Non-Dairy Creamer were introduced.
