Ganoderma lucidum(reishi) contains Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide, Ganoderma lucidum acid, triterpene, adenosine. Ganoderma lucidum polysaccharide mainly contains-(16),-(13) ,-(14), dextran.
Currently there are more than 200 kinds of glossy ganoderma that have been retorted, most of which are -grape polysaccharide, and a small part of which are - grape polysaccharide, the amylase chain is made up of three monoses, which is a twist solid structure with the similar shape of DNA and RNA. The twist layers are fixed with hydrogen bonds and the molecular weight ranges from several hundred to several thousand. Except a small part of small molecule, most are not dissolvable in high-density ethanol but dissolvable in hot water. Glossy ganoderma amylase is the most effective ingredient, which is therefore paid much attention to. It is reported that glossy ganoderma amylase can activate the exceptional fastness, exceptional immunity and restrain transplanting cancer activity of the host. The molecule weigh more than 1104 shows strong activity in restraining cancer cells, the strength of which is to be decided by forficate of it and the number of hydroxyl. It is also reported that it can strengthen the immunity of the organ and better its durability of shortage of oxygen; it can remove the free molecules, prevent the body from radiation, and better the synthesis of DNA, RNA and protein in liver and blood so as to extend one life. |
