WINWAY® II Polydextrose Powder FCC is a randomly bonded condensation polymer of D-glucose with some bound sorbitol and a suitable acid.

SOLUBILITY:

Very soluble in water (approximately 80g/100ml @ 20a??), but only sparingly soluble to insoluble in most organic solvents.

STORAGE:
|
WINWAY® II should be stored in airtight containers in a dry place below 40a?? (104a??).
|

Shelf LifeL:
|
24 months, good storage conditions will prolong the shelf life.
|

PACKagING:
|
WINWAY® II is packaged in Multi-layer Kraft Paper Bag with Food Grade PE Bag inner, 25kg/bag.
