2. Organoleptic Requirements

Appearance: A yellow to dark brown viscous liquid with some turgidity but free from extraneous matter.

Odour: Pleasant and characteristically malty.

Taste: Sweet,silghtly bitter with typical malt flavour and no off flavours.
