MONOFOLLTANK is the easy system for wine-pressing that can be fitted to small and medium sized tanks and can be adapted to already existing ones.
MONOFOLLTANK is available in two different version for closed and floating lid tanks, with capacity ranging from 20 to 300hl. The system is made of an air cylinder that moves a wine-pressing pad. The PAD, due to the shape of the blades and to a simple mechanical device, rotates at each stroke while rising, thus working on always new slices of skins. A complete and effective mixing of the skin hat is achieved, since it is gently submerged and turned upside down.
