In an olive grave with extensive plantation , we produce the olives which originate the WB Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Harvesting is done traditionally and mechanically during the months of December and January. In the production we use cold extraction thereby preserving the sensory characteristics of the oilve to a maximum.
After light filtration , it is bottled. This results is an olive oil with fruity and floral aromas, fresh and soft on the palate.
Ideal to season salads, fish and pastas or an entree with portions of the traditional bread.
