The servo motor control used for raising and lowering the horizontal seal bar increases packaging speed, and enables easy change of the pounch length with the simple input of data.
The weighing table adopts the servo motor system allows detailed timing setting with simple input of wee data.
It's with product memory function for easier operation.
The servo panel allows registration of up to 250 types of products,when switching the product type, the pounch length can be changed with the simple input of the product number.
Line configuration:
It allows connection of a carton feeder, horizontal wrapper, pounch filler of other equipment.
APPLICABLE SCOPE:
each kind of powder shape, granulated objects with small measurement linearity bag completely automatic packing. |
