New customers are given the privilege to further confirm quality through the process we call Final Product Sampling(FPS), this entails sending a free sample of the product to the buyer while the consignment is being stuffed into containers. This process eliminates rejects and further boosts the confidence of the buyer in our product delivery. We also encourage the appointment of independent quality certifying agents like SGS to confirm quality and issue quality certificates where required. |
