ROMARIGO, DOC WHITE has been carefully produced not only in its quality but carefully thought image. This wine is appropriate to accompany any occasion be it smart or casual.
WINE: wine from the Douro Valley. CLIMATE: micro climate specific to the region. SOIL: transition from xist to granite based soil. ALTITUDE: vines situated between 400 and 500 metres of altitude VARIETIES: recommended varieties from the demarcated Douro region, Malvasia Fina, Cerceal e Gouveio. VINIFICATION: vine maturation control, fermentation in small sized stainless steel vats with temperature control during 30 days. REST: after bottling this wine rested for a small period. TASTING: dry white wine, with citrine and fruity aromas, citrine and brilliant colour. Fresh in the mouth, full bodied and well balanced acidity. Serve chilled.
