ROMARIGO, DOC RED has been carefully produced not only in its quality but carefully thought image. This wine is appropriate to accompany any occasion be it smart or casual.
WINE: wine from the Douro Valley. CLIMATE: micro climate specific to the region. SOIL: slate. VARIETY: Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca. VINIFICATION: produced through the method of "curtimenta" (fermentation in the presence the grapes) in traditional granite lagers pressed by foot at a controlled fermentation temperature. TASTING: ruby in colour, lightly fruited, wild berries and a somewhat herbal nose, smooth and pleasant taste, clean and rounded off tannins with a persistent end in the mouth. Serve with light meat dishes. It is recommended to serve this wine at room temperature,
