With its factory founded in 1992,and located in Jixian county, in Tianjin of China, Tianjin Kaifang Foods Co., Ltd. has come into existence as a Chinese-foreign joint venture since August, 2001. The company locus is the organic foods products base which is recognized by the Chinese Ministry of Agriculture, so it provide the massive high quality fruits raw material for processing. It occupies an area of 58 Chinese acres, and is in possession of three processing production lines for canned food and one line for juice drinks. With 15,000t processed every year, it processes many kinds of fruits and vegetables juice drinks, such as peach, apricot, pear, apple, strawberry, Chinese hawthorn, chestnut, red adzuki bean, safflower bean, kidney bean, soybean, and so on. All the canned foods are exported abroad to Japan, America, Canada, Europe (German, Greece, Russia).
The factory has two fountainous water resources, and the water discharge is respectively 80T/H and 100T/H. Without any pollution nearby the water source, the water is limpidly and suits for producing use. Moreover, it processes two transformers (200KVA), three steam boilers. All of these make it plenitude for producing.
The company owns advanced examination facilities, and can carry on sensory analysis, physical and chemical analysis, heavy metal analysis, microorganism analysis, and other correlative analysis.
The company has established the HACCP food safety control system and ISO9001: 2,000 quality control system and passed the authentication. There are six engineers, 25 specialized technical personnel, as well as group of staffs with abundant experience in processing and management.
