1.Technical Process
High Potential Vitamin D3 Resin is obtained from the ultra-violet light irradiation and thermal isomerization of 7-Dehydrocholesterol.
2.Main specifications
Appearance:Yellow to lignt brown,resinous sold at room temperature,with a characteristic odour,practically free from any particulate matter.
Potential: Not less than 22 Million IU/g,and can be higher than 28 Million IU/g.The actual petential determined for each batch will be reported on the relevant certificate of analysis and on the product labels.
3.Analysis method of Assay
HPLC.Mobile phase,n-butanol:ethanol:isooctane=1:1:98,Velocity,1.8ml/min.Wavelenght,254nm.
4.Usage
a.Refining for medicine/food grade Vitamin D3.
b.Diluted for production of feed grade Vitamin D3 oil,feed grade Vitamin D3 powder,A3 powder and other feed grade Vitamins Premixes.
5.Packing
Aluminum bags lined with food grade PE bags,
then packaged inot Aluminum Cans ad in paper cartons.The package size can be made as per customers' requirement.
6.Stability and storage
Stored under dry,cool and dark condition and avoid moisture,water or heat.The shelf life is 6 months.
