PURE HONEY

We essentially make cosmetics, curative products and produce top-quality honey extracted from the best Tunisian fields known for their richness in plants used in modern medicine.
The honeys we have are of different botanical origins: heather, eucalyptus, thyme, orange blossoms, rosemary, mountain, carvi ? Each has its own therapeutic qualities
It is produced by bees from flower nectars or from the miellat supplied by other animal species (greenflies, butterflies?) that they gather and transform. It is made up of water (between 15 and 20%), glucides (between 70 and 80%), proteins, minerals and oligo-elements, vitamins (essentially of B group) antibiotic substances.
The honey sweetening power is superior to that of sugar.
