Fujian Nanhai Food Co., Ltd. was established in 1996 with total assets of USD 5 million and a registered capital of RMB 16.9658 million . As an agricultural , industrial and trading enterprise than incorporates vegetable and fruit plantation , processing and export,the Company is located in the southern tip of Zhangzhou in the South Fujian Golden Tuiangle ,which features a mild climate , fertile soil and ample rainfall and enjoys a fine reputation as the "home of flowers and fruits" with its abundant agricultural resources and perennial production of 60- plus varieties of varieties of vegetables and fruits , such as green soy beans , sugar snap peas , green beans , peapods ,bamboo shoots , mushrooms , fragrant mushrooms , fungus and water chestnuts as well as bananas , longan and honey pomelos . The Company has built a 10,000-mu (approximately 667 hectares ) plantation base for low-residue vegetables and fruits , providing customers with the raw materials for green foodstuff . Nanhai Foods Co.,Ltd. owns a number of subsidiaries including Nanhai Fazenda , which has a selt-flowing spring and an all year round orchard ; a fazenda of specialty agriculture featuring an integration of sightseeing , tourism and leisure has basically emerged .
Currently , the Company owns a full range of production lines with an annual output capacity of 10,000 tons of quick-frozen fruits and vegetables and 6,000 tons of fresh fruits and vegetables as well as production lines with an annual drying and dehydration capacity of 500 tons . The Company implements modern production and management systems ; the production and management of the products have obtained HACCP certification by China Quality Certification Center and ISO9001:2000 certification , with products exported to Europe , the US , Japan , Hong Kong and many other international marketplaces.
