Unisonsoy is GMO Free, Kosher certified soy protein which is produced from Non-GMO soy bean with IP certification, the Unisonsoy is produced from facility of ISO 9001:2000 and HACCP approved facility, all the processing water used is purified by RO membrane.
Unisonsoy for different applications are available, according to the different functional property.
Features of Unisonsoy:
1. Processing centrifuges are imported from Germany, and other critical pump etc are imported too. the processing line is automatic one.
2. Raw materials (defatted soy bean flakes) & Hydrochloric acid and Alkali is supplied by scrapter & feeder with precise metering pump. the raw materials is supplied continouslly & automatically, that is completely different from the traditional way which practised by Lots of producers. (by the traditional way, defatted soy flakes is supplied in-continouslly by person )
3. Heavy Metal of Unisonsoy is extremely low.
4. Nitrite Level of Unisonsoy is extremely low. and it is extremely suitable for poultry processing industry.
