GRAPE VARIETY: Tempranillo, Cabernet Sauvignon, Bobal and Garnacha, in proportions that vary from one year to another in terms of the characteristics of the crop.
CULTIVATION SYSTEM: Organic Farming ?EC Control System.
CERTIFIED ORGANIC BY: Ecocert.
SOIL: Sandy soil with a limestone base.
VINIFICATION: Production in traditional winery with controlled fermentation temperature, with frequent over pumping and average maceration. Matured in barriques for three months.
