Pu erh tea

Pu-erh tea is the kind of tea which is usually compressed and hardened into a certain shape. They are oxidized similar to an oolong tea, but not as long as black tea. The leaves are dried loose or compressed into tea bricks, tea cakes or Tea Tuo that look like bird nests.



Pu-Erh teas have a strong, earthy flavor and aroma with deep reddish color. Now it's getting increasing popular, especially in North America, Europe, and Asia.



It aids in digestion and fat metabolism and is a great tea to include in a balanced weight loss plan.
