Vertical Automatic Packaging Machine(ZL-200)

Main Proformance & Structure Characteristics:

In accordance with the enterprise safety management requirements,

it's equipped with automatic safety protection system.

The seal part looks flat and beautiful by adopting the intellectual

temperature control system.

The driving center of the machine is consists of PLC,servo motor

system, air control system and human-machine interface touch screen.

it can finish the process of bag preparing,feeding,counting,pringting

of batch date,valid date gas charge,sealing cut and shaping conveying.

The touch screen could set and change the parameters of the packing,

it could store ten different packing parameters in the touch screen.

There is also the trouble display system for the troubleshooting.

It adopts the Japanese Mitsubishi servo motor paper pulling system,

in the sealing cut position, it adopts the automatic lining device.

Forming the pillow-type bag and hanging hole-bag if required.



APPLICABLE SCOPE:

the expanded food, fruits&greens,candies,cookies,

dry fruits, melon seeds,fried food seeds,anti-damp bead,sugars,

monosodium glutamate and tea leaf etc.,

OPP/CPP, OPP/PE, PET/VMPET/PE and also

other complex materials
